Welcome to Church Street Vets!

We are thrilled to be finally opening our doors to clients, both old and new.

For those of you who are new to the surgery, Church Street Vets is a branch of our main surgery in Cambridge. It’s our only branch surgery, and our aim is to bring our current ethos of friendly, personalised independent care to the villages of south Cambridge and beyond!

Our city centre surgery, Clarendon Street Vets, has been in existence for over 60 years and is very much a part of the local community. The surgery is run by Patrick and Harriet and a small, enthusiastic team of vets, nurses and admin staff. Patrick took over the practice in 1998, and ran it singled handedly until he was joined by niece, Harriet, in 2018. Since then, we have become busier and busier and have now outgrown our very lovely and characterful premises.

Church Street Vets, previously a marketing agency, came to us as a dauntingly large, open plan office. We now have three consulting rooms, a fully equipped theatre, separate dog and cat waiting and hospitalization areas and lots of parking! We are really looking forward to making the space our own, to getting to know all our new patients (and seeing some familiar faces too) and becoming as involved in community life in Stapleford as we are in Clarendon Street.

We will be having an open day on April 26th, where you will be able to meet the team, have a full surgery tour and enjoy some lovely home-made cakes. If you can’t wait until then, please do pop in and say hello. Dog treats are always on offer. We have also just agreed to run the fun dog show at the Stapleford Village Weekend at the end of June, further details to follow in due course ...

With very best wishes,

Patrick, Harriet and all the Clarendon Street Team.
